Our family is passionate about food and enjoys a variety of flavors. We specifically chose to feature state fair treats because they evoke memories of our childhood. Our love for food and how it brings people together led us to launch our first food business. We began with a modest tent and served freshly popped kettle corn. As demand grew, we added more items to our menu and invested in our first food truck, Zaza, which allowed us to take our treats on the road. Over the years, we have catered large fairs, festivals, school events, churches, weddings, corporate lunches, graduation parties, and birthday parties. After five years of success, we decided to expand further and purchased a second food truck, Ziggy, to travel to various events. Meanwhile, Zaza remains stationary at the Allen Premium Outlet Mall, providing our community with walk-up service throughout the year.
