About this Truck

Cascadia Pizza Co is the Northwest's premier mobile, Neapolitan wood-fired pizzeria. Started in 2015, Cascadia has grown into a fleet of trailers that serves wood-fired pizza with unique flavors and toppings throughout Western Washington. Our open-kitchen trailer allows our guests to see their pizza made and cooked from start to finish—We hand stretch our freshly made dough, use the finest, high quality ingredients, and always cook to perfection. We’re happy to announce that we just won best pizza on the plateau (as a food truck!) for the third year in a row.
