Guerilla Pizza Kitchen serves naturally fermented pizza using WA grown whole grain flour and produce. We take 15 years of experience in NYC and Seattle kitchens and smoosh em up into food that is delicious, good for you, and a sometimes a little bit weird. Art, good food, music, politics and community are at the center of what we do.
