The business symbolizes the fusion of three distinct culinary influences: traditional Fijian, Indian, and flavors from the Pacific Northwest. Our signature dish, the Tolu Tacos, features Poori (fry bread) filled with family recipes of chicken curry, pork curry, or butternut squash, offering a delicious and comforting experience. The menu is crafted seasonally, based on the availability of fresh ingredients, and our mission is to bring the flavors and comfort of Fiji to the Pacific Northwest.
